Actually, I posted both the text messages and the emails to that effect. Would you like me to link to them again. You act like you are so close to Bozo Berman that you could be him, if you are that close I wonder why Bozo Berman would lie to you with such hard evidence. They have been given to the FBI/SEC. As far as DECN registration, one department has nothing to do with the other.
I still think if you get a settlement the SEC will come in for their share of the kill...2019 will be interesting!
He is not the first person on this board to describe this dissemination scenario. There are a couple of people who were strong supporters of DECN, at one time, who have also stated they were approached in this manner. Sorry, but I tend to believe them since they have a whole lot more credibility than Berman.
