If they say they are planning to start building by years end well its only October not December 25th lol. Once they get things rolling this cheap undervalued stock will run high. Great gamble here, you wont find a real estate building company like this with weatherproof housing and some incredible projects for 100k mc anywhere, an unnoticed gem here. I feel this will be one of those so low you wish you added before it flew up and out of reach.
