My favorite part about everything CZNI is doing is that every single material event progression made has to get scrutinized by the SEC and peer reviewed and signed off on by PCAOB auditors and SEC qualified Attorney's!

And considering they already file fully audited financials and already are a registered SEC filing company...it's no wonder that 1 of their stated goals/objectives is recovering from these extremely undervalued conditions and qualifying for an uplisting to the QB exchange soon!

Meaning no matter what their next sequence of oncoming catalysts consists of...they will all have to pass through SEC scrutiny and be PCAOB peer reviewed first and foremost right...which certainly can't be said about the over-whelming majority of companies that trade on the OTC exchange, the majority of which don't have any SEC scrutiny whatsoever and have unaudited fins prepared by people who may not have any accounting training whatsoever right lol.
