I'm pretty sure ETIM did too.
OK, here's my theory,

lot's of folks are in the .003 to .005 range, unless they averaged down. Now, the MM's are bringing it down to get all the shares they can and discourage people into thinking this stock is junk before (hopefully) the run upwards.....now along the way, folks that have been holding on not to take a loss will look at getting out at or about even in the .003 to .005 range as a blessing so the MM's will grab a bunch more. Now, all the while the MM's know that this is under-valued and let it run and sell all those shares again at higher prices.

Well, it sure would be "nice" if that's what's going on :) :)
