Trump delegates authority. He put Mnuchin in charge at Treasury (at Icahn's request) and forgot about Fannie and Freddie. Mnuchin has no intentions of doing the right thing because too many of his friends have benefited from this intentional scandal by Paulson and the TBTF shysters …..all of them cut from the same cloth.
