I agree. The OTC is littered with P&D daily, especially by selected groups who target plays as a whole, and attack in form.
What separates the P&D and shorty being successful, is mind blowing, market value changing Material Facts made public, via filings and PR's.
This is what I so strongly feel about Healthmed here, and why I lock my shares up and HODL for that "0WCP" type run upon us.

This one is a hidden gem, and about to rock the OTC hard.
