In order to change the ticker from SPRV (Supurva Healtcare Group) FINRA will have to authorize and process the change. They won’t do that under the current circumstances.

The name change was at the State Level ONLY. Just look at the name SPRV is STILL trading as, Supurva Healthcare Group, Not Web to Door.

SPRV will 100% have to change this with FINRA in order to trade as Web to Door - until then SPRV will continue to be traded as Supurva Healthcare.
