Looks like a lot of Commons are held here.

“The above referenced 500,000,000 common shares and 75,000,000 common shares issued to George Shen were subsequently transferred in full to, and are now held by, Dr. Rona Lin (Wenyen), MD, and represent the control block of outstanding shares of the Company. The shares referenced in 3. above have been transferred to Dr. Rona Lin (Wenyen), MD, ‘in trust’, for the former Sanalife shareholders.”

$SLIF acquired Sanalife Marketing and thats the only business action.

Company has sales in Asia and Hong Kong. Looks like a health and food company.

Updates must be on the way if all these filings hit.
