An old navy chief told me you need to always have a pile of money hidden away from the wife in case things go south. He called it his war chest. So keep that in mind. I see that OWCP got up to the $20.00 range and now it appears to have gone bust. I believe it is at .17 cents now! You know what happened to it to drop like that?
