Second that - let's wait till after the distribution and see whether Solomon will keep his promises and estimations going forward (mainly the cash dividend in Q4 and becomming cash-flow positive mid/late Q4), or if he continues to fluff us...
I believe his intentions are right, and he should be given credit for the generous TRW-distribution even if it has been delayed way too much and we have suffered too much as well (generous pointing to that SIAF is distributing half of its ownership - disregarding the speculation about the extra 18.3%). If he delivers on the cash-flow becoming positive and also the cash dividend, then the worst should be behind us and we can start to rebuild credibility and trust again (it would also be a good time for buybacks since the PB probably will remain ridiculously low for a long time, hence we can amend some of the damage being done the past 12+ months).
If we don't become cash-flow positive in Q4, the cash-dividend is of/delayed/messed up (or financed with dilution), and/or we don't see an end to dilution this year, then we should reconsider what to do.
