Saying that the SEC claims/charges are just an "opinion" is not just ridiculous... it's INSANE!!
The SEC would not spend all that time and money gathering evidence on a small time crook like Rik unless they had him dead to rights -- AND THEY DO!!!
Blaming the shorts is equally outrageous! Shorting penny and sub-penny stocks is extremely expensive and dangerous, and that's why I have pointed out -- from REAL DATA -- that there has NEVER been a significant short position out there... only short-term MMs trading in and out -- "naked shorts". Further, shorting a stock at $.000? would be absolute stupidity! Only a fool would do that.
Fortunately, I was not dumb enough to put more than a few hundred dollars in this stock and I don't have to sell or do anything. AND I TIRELESSLY WARNED EVERYONE HERE NOT TO PUT SIGNIFICANT MONEY IN THIS STOCK... BUT OH NO... I GOT CALLED EVERY NAME IN THE BOOK AND WAS TOLD THAT I WAS UNEDUCATED... YEAH, RIGHT!! I GUESS BEING A PROFESSOR AND HAVING GRADUATE DEGREES MAKES ME "UNEDUCATED"! LOL!!
It's so sad that people got suckered into Rik's criminal stock promotion and lies, and that so many people needlessly lost serious money here -- THAT DIDN'T NEED TO HAPPEN!!!!
