Agreed. The negatives posted here are akin to “clutching at straws.”

Good things coming.

I have been thanks to Misiu's insights into the science for the last 12 months permanently positive on medicine.

I have been always very worried we are too late and I wonder still today why no BP is seriously interested in our drug. If we are right, this drug is a life- threat to Gilead. And they still don't act? They have their reasons, whether we believe or not.

I have been the last 18 months getting more and more negative on management and I am reading others who have been very positive on management are now turning also to the negative and requesting the "head of CEO". This guy is a nightmare.

Now what is negative when I criticize that he moves the shareholder meeting for 3 weeks without reason? It is a shame how he behaves. I am for 40 years in the industry, but he treats his retail- shareholder like sh.t.

If this is negative, so shall it be! It is my view.

We are just lucky that Dr. Pestell likes our drug. We got a new chance to get out of this sh.t because of him. I would praise our boss if he found Pestell, but the the other way around was the case, he found our boss sleeping on the shelf. God thanks!

But let's see it positive: To move a shareholder meeting without reason is less offending the retail shareholders than to move a reverse split. But both indicate that all is well planned and with good reason.

That is my point, the science is spectacular and should be very valuable. The fact that it is not is what has me worried. I do not know what i would do but I am not the CEO. There are OTC stocks that make their way to $5+ and uplist, so blaming the OTC can’t be it. There are companies that get partnership deals when in phase 2, so the status of pro140 in development is very much not the problem. The market size, the expanding indications, all of it points to a company that should be gaining value at a dramatic clip, but it is not. If these reasons are not enough to question mgmt then I don’t know what is. I sincerely hope everything plays out in a very positive way, not just for investors but for thousands of very sick people. I can safely say I have been invested in CYDY longer than anyone and likely own more shares than most, my belief in a bright future is as solid as anyone’s but when there is something not right I question it. We have not gotten a reason for the value of this company not matching anywhere close to what it should be. I doubt there is any bad reason fo the annual mtg date change, we are all looking at this too close and it is likely just as schedule thing or something taking a little longer in the Pestell deal.
