That's the thing with a T-Trade. The MM's really don't provide much information. This is how they get away with stuff in my opinion in the Pinkie land.
Happens a lot when a stock PPS on the OTC starts to jumps quickly and the MM's either don't have enough shares for the run in their till or lent some out and don't want to be caught short and chasing the PPS.
Happened a lot when POTN had their run earlier this year.
