i never said they hadn't started it. i said it hadn't been done and until a 10k/a is filed they won't have a sponsoring market maker. they may say that a market maker told them that but that doesn't mean they have a sponsoring market maker. every market maker would tell them that. bottom line is that the statement put out was at best misleading and at worst fraudulent.
