If there is a RS of 7000:1 the Authorized Shares would be 3571428.571429. I have a a feeling that the RS would be more like 25:1 or 250:1 or 2500:1. To keep the Authorized Share count to 1 Billion or 100 Million or 10 Million. Most companies have an Authorized Share count is from 250 Million to 2 Billion. That would put the RS at about 100:1 to 25:1 if there is one at all.

PS The post at the SPCL board would be interesting if Vert Capital decides to group the Tech companies together to make a Technology Holdings Stock. Would change the script, because they would be supplying Apple, Google, & other companies with digital content.
