I will refresh your memory in case you don’t remember.. but he was the guy that owns the run down roach infested bagel stores in New Jersey that was a distributor and he was selling expired product ...and he also was wiring money directly to Toby’s bank account for cheaper shares which is simply hilarious ...because the Shares are totally worthless no matter what price he got them at
