I dont know what you should do, but put it this way, trade tensions betwee china and the us lighten up, and Saudi issues are dealt with then its up to you, i dont tell people what they should buy or not, averaging down if you have a high average would be smart say u have an average of 8 cent or 6 cents now would be a good time to buy
