potentially yes ... of course it will be the craziest deal ever,but as long as the two parties are in agreement and there is no criminal intent ... anything is possible.
To be legally binding all the details need to be preset, like price, what exactly qualifies as good results etc. You really think that happened? Do you have evidence you can share of something like this ever happening in the past? Would you consider that this might be considered wishful thinking, not a real logically derived opinion?
