The issue is mainly due to management and their stance towards the investing public plus the issues with CDN and the amount of shares they have to sell.
If management was better at communicating the right info and the right times using the right channels they could be very successful from a share price standpoint but they often shoot themselves in the foot with how they operate in the public sphere
