I saw that! It seems very stupid to do so unless someone wants to slap out 1M shares at least! I wish to see some strong hands who would slap out at least 150M shares at 0.0002 in order to trigger the well overdue Giant rally!
ACTL has the target price at $0.3906 or $0.00444 at least! Its recent high was $0.0012.
Anyway ACTL will explode as soon as this month and as late as the coming January...
To match the same market value with its peer (71.846B shares Giant OS and 100B shares Giant AS), ACTL will hit a New 52-week high $0.3906 which is 1953 Times of its Bottom price!
