$PLFM Morg, technically it means Schaefer is gone but because of past history with him, he's a known scanner so OTC Markets has blacklisted Schaefer and any company that his name is attached to. Research CCTL, AAGC, etc....all the same. The problem is, this guy "resigns" from listed companies but he's still there silently running dilution scams or pumping empty shells with b.s. PRs. OTC Markets knows this & aren't buying into his crap. So basically, "historical" where Bill Schaefer's name appears means zero. The way for $PLFM to fix this is to file a current "resignation of officers" to prove he is out.....the problem is that hasn't happened....
