0.0003 x 0.0004 now. Does that mean BRTE will soon be downgraded? Why someones pushed it up to 0.0059 a month ago? Why it crashed to a New All-Time-Low 0.00025 a couple of weeks ago?

Anyway 0.0001 will be hit very soon since Millions shares will be dumped at the bids 0.0003 ~ 0.0001 due to the Year-End-Tax-Loss huge selling pressures...
