Meaning you would have just dumped all the original shareholders? Wow!.... oh wait that is what the old company wanted to do? Lee and Chuck and many others are the reason shareholders of the original shares still have skin in the game. Your option would have booted everyone? Of course that would be the easy way, nobody's shares matter just dump everyone and then start a new company? Yah ok! LOL I'll stick with what Lee and others have done! Cprk will be trading again WITH the original shareholders included!! How often have you EVER seen that??? Yep pretty much never. JMO
