Your are correct. The statement re: "we may never be profitable etc etc " is a standard must on many 10K's of penny stocks. Atherys is a good example.

CYTX ( Cytoris ) is another; ENDV ( Endova) is another.
There are many more and can be found in the Alternative Energy Group
such as FCEL ( fuel Cell), Plug Power ( PLUG ).

That should put an end to that question about PSTI's statement.
