Wrote to Odidi at the beginning of the year asking him to avoid the death spiral.

Now could somebody send him a very basic explanation that says if you dilute x% with new shares the market is gonna adjust by -X% (lacking any other catalyst) ?

It seems he misses some of the very basilar concepts in financial mkts
