ND, going back to NGCG I don't believe any of the notes were ever executed.

When Ross was with NGCG the notes from Ruppert went to a Ross controlled company called Mighty Jaws LLC - there was never any proof that funds from Ruppert went to NGCG or Ross - just fake loans.

I will go through my notes and post tomorrow.

I will post the other Ruppert/XALL documents tomorrow.
