#1175 RE: Pandemonium75 #1174

At this point it is impossible to know why the custodianship petition was abandoned by Lazar.

Sometimes cases are vacated because the old owners contest the hijacking attempt. Sometimes they are vacated because of administrative issues (stock gets a revocation notice from the SEC for example). Other times no clear explanation emerges. REII is s good example. Back in 2015 a close associate of Chris Lotito named Sergio La Grasta attempted to hijack the REII shell through the courts using his Ketcher Industries LLC entity but the custodianship wasn't completed and La Grasta eventually abandoned his attempt.

Without knowing the reason why the SRDP custodianship petition was abandoned it is impossible to gauge the likelihood that any positive catalyst may occur for the shell in the near future. At this point, the only thing the SRDP shell has going for it is the nice share structure and the fact that many people don't understand that the custodianship petition was abandoned. It has been years since the shell has been active and it could be years before another catalyst like the recently abandoned custodianship petition happens again.

It's definitely a risky roll of the dice. Nobody likes sitting on a stock that gets no attention for months if not years.

If anybody is able to communicate directly with David Lazar that might be the best bet of finding out why the custodianship petition was abandoned.
