Respectfully disagree.

He restructured with Blue Citi to wipe of tons of shares in liabilities. Maybe they know his plan and that's why they were so kind to restructure.

Also, no dilution since August.

All of the common shares you are saying are to be issued have not been issued and until they are, your statement is speculation as well.
