Very much goose cooked. I don't know why you have to convince a CEO for what's in his best interest. He has no business being a CEO if a stockholder has to do that.
It has a chance. John has told me he is still working with a lawyer and with the accountants. I have seen letters back and forth on the issues. I have asked John for a letter from his lawyer stating the work yet to be done. John has not provided that letter. Maybe it is asking too much? I think it is reasonable. We shall see, but this does tend to drag on from month to month with no visible progress. I understand completely those that say there is no chance, but with $42k sunk I am willing to continue working with John in a cordial manner. I have nothing more to loose and $42k to gain.
