The ratio of randomization would only affect the ratio of events between the two arms, but not the hazard ratio itself. Just updated my previous post. With a 2:1 ratio of randomization, 50% deaths would occur around March 2008 on the provenge arm. The S(t) for the placebo arm would be 0.43.
