I understand your logic and share some of your experience. However, in this instance LLBO has significant long-term investment from insiders. Would they disown us, as LLBO stockholders? It's possible BUT its doubtful that insiders would shortchange themselves. JMO

I agree that most penny stocks are not honest! However, LLBO / Cyrcadia have family management involved! I believe that they won't screw each other. Besides, if you have the market cornered because of the ITBRA uniqueness, why would you screw LLBO? I rest my case!
