Once again, more false information from the MMEX STRONG.

The Guatemala refinery was the pre-cursor to the MMEX OTC scam in the U.S. - there is no refinery, no project, and only a dead lease on storage. As anyone can see, the web-site referenced in the link is just a facade - there is no real, or ongoing business in Guatemala.

This is one of the better exposed of Mad J.'s scams. But the MMEX STRONG either believe it, or use it to promote the ongoing MMEX/Pecos County Refinery scam.
