I did a search for Frank Hawley on NV SoS using officer name feature. It pulled up MHHC Enterprises Inc. Do we have a name change in progress?

Hawley changed the name to MHHC Enterprises some time ago. For obvious reasons, the McCusker association had become embarrassing.

He says he also applied to FINRA to do an official name change, but so far nothing's come of that.
