It looks like our chairman Mohammed has had some major health issues this past Spring (and may still be going through it, don't know). So much so, that he was in the States for treatment it seems. Also possibly why his father AR is representing. I doubt that would cause delay in and of itself, but may put certain things on the back burner. Just a thought.
