I read through the last few posts and cant argue with the degree of frustration and what people are saying.

But ImpactPPA did raise seed money and some money along the way. I am not sure how much exactly but I think it was like 1.25 million or something not including the circular paper money deal with Millennium blockchain (which was no cash as far as I can tell). It is my belief that is the money which sponsored this "road show". The reason I know it was not WSTI money was because WSTI had no money to spend or give.

But the arguments people make are valid. I have just a few more days til my deadline is over when I plan to get into things more deeply with Dan but as best I know we are not out of the game yet. Some business from the CCSA will be hatching soon and there are still investors kicking around. Whether or not they actually happen I have no clue.

After trying to add some shares (since I have been lighter than almost everyone here), they finally went through late in the day . Just figured the market cap is now at 440k and other than the suspension nothing changed and even a cruddy deal of some kind would see higher values even if things take way more time than expected.

I am going to hold out judgement til I see what happens here. As I mentioned before my idea would be a tranche based money raise on the WSTI side with the first 250-300k going towards filings. Make the investment units with 2 warrants to buy stock as the stock market value moves. The second part of the raise would be to settle convertible debt.

Dan has focused on raising money for the crypto end of ImpactPPA and tagging along some equity for the buyers but as I have said since the beginning school is out on that one.

At this point with the stock suspended and no word on anything, I would like to see one of the contracts hatch as well. Which either will or wont happen in the next month or two.

think impactppa might be better as a nonprofit. just look at those latest photos from malawi. that needs a foundation behind it.

then wsti needs to be a small private company supplying the panels for these rural set ups. it's too small for quarterly filings.
