What does SWET own?
- Prior 1975 (per wikipedia) and 2007 (Israeli) designs show extensive engineering has already been done by others. How valuable are SWET's peripheral patents?
- How unique is SWET's specific site in Arizona? Can the people with the big money just buy up some real estate, say, a mile away, and hire their own contractors to design and build the tower?
- When SWET publishes their engineering studies and results, what's to stop others from utilizing that information in designing their own tower?
