Suddenly the financial press discovered what I've been worrying about for 9 months: Inflation and higher interest rates.

The rise in 13-week treasury yields is even more dramatic than the increase in 5 and 10 year rates. Now I'm watching the fall in home builder stocks.

Of course Trump is blaming the Fed for "having gone loco." But higher rates are a natural result of a tight job market.
