Only choice they have with the share price continuing to erode right. They should've just waited and released the news about completing the oral and nasal HAP studies so quickly, then seeing how the market reacted to the good studies completion news before putting out the dreary dilutive offering prospectus and ensuing amendments...but at this point I honestly don't know if anything's gonna help stem the FUD factor anyways right lol
