Here is the document that proves Ruppert was involved in a 3(a)(10) exemption scam.

I have the documents that show a redlined copy of the fake loan to Xalles from Jason Ruppert.

I will post the convertible note for $75,000 from October 5, 2016.

Ruppert never provided XALL or NGCG any loans - just fake paper.
