Lol...it will if IND is filed and accepted and recruiting starts...new money will show up...some investors who waited to get out will and then buyout talk will start...that will bring in more new money and those that flipped or panicky sold for their 20% profit will be left far behind wondering what if...too late...chase it...kaboom!
