It's a tough call to pick the bottom here. 13.79 may have been it. Like I said it's easy to swing this as you saw the tail off at the end of the day. Best to buy and hold this in my opinion. After today's rebound I will be a buyer at these levels for a long term hold. It may go lower short term but it's definitely going higher long term.
