Why won't he say who pays Digitalway, APS directly or does it come out of these up-front royalty payments?

The obvious evasiveness leads me to believe that e.Digital will pay DW out of these "royalties." If they were pure profit and based on licensing technology, as the term "royalty" seems to imply to most EDIG shareholders, RP would make it clear IMO.

Is anyone willing to push RP for the answer to that basic question or is everyone content to wait until mid November to find out?

FWIW, I do think its possible that Boyer may have lead e.Digital to expect more press than it got out of WAEA. For the few who may h7ave understood the real point I was trying to make earlier about a certain claim he makes that I believe to be false... I don't trust him to be 100% forthright.
