Can't think of anything riskier than shorting from .37. I'd expect many random spikes, pops, rumors and squeezes over the year or two this BK may take.

What does the smart money do with deals like this? They sit back and watch from AFAR.

BTW, two stocks related to Sears, SHOS and SRG are off heavily today.
