Depends on how much of existing junior preferred par value is converted to common stock and how much is rerained or converted to new preferred shares.

Would litigants/Moelis crew settle for 60% par value? Then 50% par value in preferred and 50% in common (diluted 79.9% by warrants) comes out to 60%.

Mess with the math to get a different answer.
