True diversification is very difficult to achieve with 99% of OTC, OTC is full of manipulation that does not allow proper the correlation of different sectors. Now if you’re just randomly putting your positions in different OTC stocks like it’s the roulette table yeah it’s diversification but it’s nothing to make a rule of.
