At this point I don't think the AS is much of an issue with the OS still under 1 Billion.

The A/S is irrelevant to determining deserved/proper market cap k work buddy! And right now we have proof positive that PCAOB auditors have applied a $9M valuation on CZNI's fully audited fins($7M in hard assets and $2M per annum revenue run rate) with a current O/S of only 955M shares in play...which means that right now CZNI should be trading at a deserved .01 cent market cap valuation with no sector multiples applied on it whatsoever...and food sector stocks usually receive a 10X to 12X food sector multiple!!!
