OTC Markets dated10-30 for 1.028+ bil outstanding, 908 mil floating. About 70 mil added in 20’ish days. 30 mil prior to that in 30 days. Seems they ramped up the dilution by a double+ in 10 less days.

Wow!!! O/S decrease from 955m to 418m, is this right? Has our outstanding shares decreased to half the amount it was in 2018?
The post I'm responding to indicates that Outstanding Shares were 955,240,208 on 10/09/2018.

From yesterday's 10q:
As of August 25, 2020, there were 418,318,291 shares of Common Stock, par value $0.00001 per shares outstanding.
