I hope you’re right.

To me the thing I don’t get for uplist is the share count outstanding. 1b shares is simply too much for a 3, 4, 5 dollar PPS which is required for NYSE or NASDAQ....but Alex says no RS to uplist? How can that be done? Even if they could raise 40 million dollars to bring the tech to market, that doesn’t get us to a 4 bn $ market cap by end of year to uplist....so I guess I must be missing something...
