Yes, very good post. Different day we live in as I have said many times on here. Expectations of doing the hard work with investors dollars to actually grow a business and make a profit and not abusing that money and trust. Something to think about when running a public company in todays regulatory environment.
IE the .gov is here to ensure that companies are not just stealing assets and money from investors to enrich themselves and insiders with no chances of success for investors planned into the equation. Things like stock scams, shorting by affiliated parties, running companies into the ground on purpose while setting up creditors who have conflicts of interest that end up with assets after planned and structured defaults, etc. with strict foreclosures. Unless the people in the OTC decided to clean their act up, there will be many more stories like the one you posted IMHO in the coming years.
