That's just speculation..... No reason for anger, not now, not ever. This happens, you knew all the possibilities going in and still made the choice, win some lose some. I lost thousands here too but that's life. Any anger I might have is toward myself for making a bad choice, made others too, along with some good ones, of course, those are just more fun.
When I asked Dan he stated that the shares issued were to resolve the rest of the convertible loan to FIFE as he felt it was the right thing to do as he had been one of the convertible loan holders that did not blow up the stock price . He still owned shares from prior conversions it appeared as this filing shows larger holdings than the shares that were issued there.
As best I can tell all the money that people worry about Dan spending traveling and such was from the money raised in ImpactPPA both the seed round and other investors.
As a result of the suspension this is a tough situation right now, but not impossible.
